Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flag Balls.

Because many of our products are produced in small batches, assembled by hand, or contain collectible and mystery elements, please review this policy before placing an order.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or special events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Flag Balls is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier when appropriate.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns

We want customers to be happy with their purchase.

Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.

Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.

Mystery Products

Certain Flag Balls products may contain random or mystery elements.

Opened mystery products, mystery packs, mystery bags, or similar collectible products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Because the contents are random by design, receiving a particular flag, country, rarity level, collectible variation, or other specific item is not guaranteed.

Flag Balls reserves the right to modify product assortments, rarity distributions, collectible designs, packaging, and available products at any time without notice.

Any rarity classifications, including but not limited to Common, Rare, Ultra Rare, Limited Edition, or similar designations, are determined solely by Flag Balls and may change over time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened mystery products, except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards, if offered.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement when inventory is available.

If a replacement is not available, we may provide a refund or store credit at our discretion.
